DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

At the moment, we only ship within the United States and Canada. There are plans to expand internationally once we have capacity to do so.

Our dessert-style candles cannot be sold in the EU/UK, due to EU regulations against non-edible products that look like food. Our hope is one day be able to sell only our non-dessert themed candles to these countries. 

 

ARE YOUR CANDLES PET SAFE?

Our candles are made using 100% natural soy wax, 100% cotton wicks, and synthetic fragrance oil. 

 

IS EVERYTHING MADE OF WAX?

Yes, everything is wax, including the whipped topping and decorative pieces. Everything is safe to burn. Simply light the wicks and enjoy!

 

HOW LONG WILL THE CANDLES BURN?

The average burn time is 50 hours for the 10 ounce candles. Please never burn your candle for more than 4 hours at a time!

 

WHAT IS MY ORDER STATUS?

Within 20 minutes of placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

 

CAN I UPDATE MY ORDER?

If you would like to add or remove an item from your order and your order has not been fulfilled, please contact wickedsweetcandleco@gmail.com with your order number and request.

Please note, we try to quickly pack and ship all orders and may not be able to update your order upon request. Your order cannot be updated after fulfillment.

 

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

If your order has not been fulfilled, you can cancel your order and receive a full refund. To cancel your order, contact wickedsweetcandleco@gmail.com with your order number and request.

DO YOU OFFER LOCAL PICK UP?

We do not offer local pick up at this time. However, we do offer free local delivery anywhere within 15 miles of downtown Columbus, Ohio.
